Owl Pillows

A month ago, my kids and I created these owl pillows:

El Señor Buho

La Señorita Buhita

We created these one Sunday afternoon. My Princess had to cut the felt while my Li'l Guy handed each piece to me.

My Li'l Guy's owl is so simple while my Princess' owl is so princess-like:

felt ribbon and earrings!
Charm bracelet, too!
And of course, some pretty shoes! ^^)
The pair ^^)
My Princess observed that Mr. Owl doesn't even have any shoes on. She then argued that Mr. Owl doesn't have any money left to buy a pair of shoes for him after Mrs. Owl spent all of Mr. Owl's money for herself! Good observation, Princess ^^)

Mr. Owl's seems happy even without any shoes on, anyway! ^^)

I also made one for my niece, Princess H.

I am sure you're wanting to make one now with your bundle of joy. I have made a pattern (hand-drawn) for Mrs. Owl's size. If you want a bigger or a smaller owl pillow, you can always adjust the size. Maintain a 1/4" distance from the edge when sewing.

Download the patterns here:

Have a fine Monday. Happy craftting, too.
